Shipping from

At Fe-Pi we try to ship every order that we receive the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. However some orders may take 24-48 hours to ship. If you have a requirement that needs to be shipped immediately or for next day delivery please contact us before placing an order. 
We ship all orders via US Postal Service(USPS) or UPS depending upon the services available at the time of shipping. We also have other options available for shipping like FedEx or DHL or shipping on customers account. You can do so by going to the contact us page.

Fe-Pi reserves the right to change the shipping cost of orders prior to shipment in order to reflect any changes due to system errors, miscalculated weights, changes in address or any other situation that may arise. Customers will be contacted in the event a shipping cost has to be changed and will be given the option to accept the cost or cancel the order to receive a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Fe-Pi does not do business with entities in, or who intend to reexport any product to, a country embargoed by the government of the United States. Currently, they are Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. You are responsible for ensuring no product purchased from Fe-Pi is transported through or to one of those countries.

International Buyers

Fe-Pi recommends US Postal Service(USPS) Priority Mail Express International or UPS Worldwide Saver, Expedited and Express. These shipping options are tracked and insured. Tracking is not available for USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International, and we will not take responsibility for lost shipments.

VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS only guarantees shipment to your Country's customs. After that point it is up to your local carrier to deliver your package.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product, within 30 days for a refund, credit or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and its original condition. If the item you purchased was assembled or modified, that labor will not be refunded.

When returning any item to Fe-Pi, we recommend that customer uses the method that provides tracking for the item. It is also recommended that the customer insures the package so that it is protected against any damage during transit as any physical damage to the product voids the warranty from Fe-Pi.
Fe-Pi will not reimburse for shipping charges that are incurred while shipping the items back to us.

Lost Packages

Unfortunately sometimes packages go missing, if you believe your package has been lost by the selected carrier please contact us immediately, by going to the contact us page, to begin to resolve the issue. In the event that your package has been lost by the carrier Fe-Pi will file claim with said carrier and begin a trace to see if the package can be found. Once the process is complete and the carrier has confirmed the package is in fact lost we can send a replacement package or issue a refund for the order in its entirety.
